What is earn²keep?

earn²keep is a platform where any group — sports teams, scouts, schools, churches, gyms, clubs, ministries, charities, or any organization raising money for a cause — can run a fundraising event built around real, video-verified challenges. You pick from our built-in challenge library or write your own custom challenges, and assign them to each day of the event. Participants record short videos of themselves doing the work. AI verifies the submissions automatically, and you step in for anything that needs a closer look.
There are two event types to choose from. A Camp (single-team supporter-donation event) lets each participant raise money through their own circle of supporters — family, friends, community — with a personal fundraising minimum and daily challenges that keep them showing up. A Tournament (multi-team commitment contest) pits teams from different organizations head-to-head — each joining team pays a per-team Entry Fee into a shared pot, strict scoring rewards the team that shows up together, and the winning team takes the whole pot. Run a Camp to raise money for your cause. Run a Tournament to compete head-to-head against other teams. Either way, your participants stay motivated by something more than asking.

How it works
Two ways to run an event.
Every earn²keep event runs on the same engine — daily challenges, video proof, leaderboard, prizes. The difference is the format: one team raising for a cause, or many teams competing head-to-head under strict all-or-nothing scoring.
Single-team fundraiser
Your team, your goal, your earnings.
- One team. One roster, one goal, one fundraising bar.
- Each player/participant has a minimum. The organizer sets a per-participant target. Every participant aims for the same number.
- Bonus points for going over. Pass your minimum and every dollar after that becomes bonus points on the leaderboard.
- Optional daily challenges. Organizer picks the challenges (push-ups, miles, books, scripture, etc.). Completing them earns door prize eligibility. Skip them and you stay in the fundraiser — you just don't compete for prizes.
- Door prizes for top performers. 1, 2, or 3 places at the end of the event — the organizer decides how many to award.

Multi-team commitment contest
Set the Entry Fee. Recruit teams. Strict scoring rewards the team that shows up.
- Multiple teams compete. 2 or more teams from different organizations join the same tournament. Each team's organizer handles their own roster.
- Host sets a per-team Entry Fee. Joining teams pay that fee to enter — paid by each team's organizer, who collects from their members however they want (off-platform).
- Strict all-or-nothing scoring. A team earns the points for a challenge only when every player on its roster completes it. One absence = zero for that challenge. The whole team is the unit of competition.
- Live roster visibility. Every player sees who on their team has and hasn't finished each challenge. Teammates hold each other accountable.
- Sudden-death tiebreaker. If teams tie for a prize position, a pre-declared tiebreaker challenge fires automatically with a 48-hour window. First team to hit 100% wins.

A different way to fundraise
No hidden fees. Ever.
Most fundraising platforms take a percentage of every dollar your team raises. Some take 20% or more. We charge a flat launch fee — $149 for a Camp, $249 for a Tournament — and that’s it. We don’t believe in nickel-and-diming a team’s fundraiser. Every donation, minus only Stripe’s card-processing fee, goes to your team.
100% transparent. Supporters see the full fee breakdown at checkout: how much goes to the team, how much Stripe takes for card processing, and how much earn²keep takes from each donation (spoiler: $0). No surprises, no asterisks, no fine print.
Pricing

Account setup and event drafting are always free. When you launch, you pay one flat fee per event — that's it. We don't take a percentage of donations or Entry Fees. Ever. Stripe charges its own card-processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) directly — that money goes to Stripe for processing, not to us, and is shown transparently on every receipt.
